Coronavirus Update

For clarity, we wanted to provide an update regarding our arrangements during the ongoing uncertainty during the Coronavirus outbreak.

We are closely following the guidance issued by the Government in order to minimise the risks to our staff and clients and support their efforts to reduce the risk of the spread of the infection.

As such, we have decided to temporarily close our office commencing Monday 23rd March 2020. We are able to work from home remotely as efficiently as if we were in the office so our clients will notice no change in service levels.

Creating a clean and healthy environment in the homes of our customers is our top priority.

With the evolving situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reinforce that Team 2 Clean is here for you, your family, and for our community.

Through our existing safety protocols, we are prepared to leverage our 11 years of experience to keep your home clean and healthy. We have also enhanced our standard protocols to wear gloves before entering your home that remain on until we finish cleaning. We will also disinfect our cleaning products and equipment before entering your home.

Our team members have received specific training on limiting the spread of illness and providing increased attention to high touch surfaces in your home, which is already part of our ongoing cleaning process. Our team members have also been instructed, and have our full support, to stay home if they feel under the weather.

Reach out to Team 2 Clean and we’ll help ensure your home stays clean to help you stay healthy. If you’re already a Team 2 Clean customer and you’re feeling under the weather, let us know and we will reschedule as soon as possible.

At Team 2 Clean, we’re experts in creating clean and healthy homes, and we’re experts in both responding to emergencies and creating clean and healthy spaces at work, in stores, in schools and in homes.

We’re here for you and would love the opportunity to help you keep your home clean and healthy.
