Team 2 Clean is a Husband and Wife team, Anton and Cristina Antochi who formed Team 2 Clean in January 2009. By September of that year, we had so much demand for our cleaning services that we just couldn’t keep up.
Team 2 Clean then started to develop our cleaning teams so as not to disappoint our growing list of customers. In just a short number of years, we now have 50 cleaning teams working in parts of Essex, Herts and North London.
We are helped with administration in our Bishops Stortford head office by the very capable Madeleine and our managers Amelia and Julian.
Madeleine is our Office Manager and she takes care of all our office requirements. She utilises her wonderful organisation skills in keeping things running smoothly for our teams and our clients. She deals with all the scheduling tasks, bookings and invoicing and we couldn’t do without her. She has been a key member of our back office team for over 4 years.
Amelia and Iulian are our Area Managers. They joined Team 2 Clean over 5 years ago as cleaners themselves, but their level of cleaning excellence was so impressive we thought their time would be better spent training new teams to their own exacting standards. Both are highly organised and we trust them to carry forward the reputation for high quality cleaning that the Team 2 Clean brand represents. Amelia has superb interpersonal skills and is very client focused dealing with viewings, quotes and client satisfaction, whilst Julian delivers top class training and carpet cleaning services.
Experienced Cleaners: With over 7 years’ experience, our dedicated cleaning teams are trained to the highest level by our specialists. From the very first moment you start to use our cleaning services, you can be confident that our teams know exactly what you want and how to meet your expectations – even if they are new starters. We provide our own specialist cleaning products and equipment, so you quite literally, don’t have to lift a finger!
Professional Cleaners: Professionalism is paramount. Allowing new people into your home or place of work can sometimes feel a little strange. At Team 2 Clean, we understand the importance of making our clients feel comfortable and reassured at all times. All of our staff have been fully vetted, hold valid references and Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks. We hold full Public Liability Insurance and our staff members always work as a team of two people, wearing our Team 2 Clean t-shirts and their vehicles carry our company logo. Our cleaning teams are polite, respectful and will carry out any special cleaning requirements where possible.

We will do our utmost to accommodate the day, time and number of hours of cleaning you require ensuring that you get the same cleaning team, so you can develop a great working relationship.
